Manufacturing Quality Control Production Worker

if you do not have experience, please still apply. We are willing to train the right person! The position is a supporting role for several areas of manufacturing, including but not limited to: production, quality, and assembly.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment

· Assemble and prepare goods for shipment

· Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery

· Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations, and sorting

· Attention to detail

Physical Demands:

· May be required to stand for long periods of time

· May involve some repetitive motions

· Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

· May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing/pulling parts

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions

· Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Customer Service Assistant & Data Entry/Logistics Coordinator
We are a privately held, family-owned business-to-business manufacturing company based in Central Point, Oregon. We are innovative, others minded, on-time and quality conscious.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Data Entry Logistics Coordinator will provide general support functions, data entry, shipping for our staff and clients. This process includes documentation, communication status reporting, auditing, and filing.

Logistics Responsibilities:

· Document, maintain and update work processes/procedures as they relate to each customer account.

· Ensure that all communications are completed neatly, professionally, accurately, and error-free, with all current information in proper order and within corporate standards for timeliness.

· Complete final inspection for accuracy of documentation received, ensuring that all charges and fields are correct and inclusive according to account coordinator’s instructions.

· Ensure all documentation is within compliance to customer and special instructions.

· Keep regular communication with office personnel on obstacles preventing timely processing of documentation.

· Assist in the accounting department: accounts payable/receivable/inventory

Customer Service Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service for our clients, new customers, vendors and shipping logistic people; answering phones, and going the extra mile.

· Assist in quotes, general communication with vendors, update materials and price lists

· Organize and document all aspects of client/vendor communications

Required Skills:

· Candidate must have at least two (2) year of work experience Quickbooks and Microsoft office including: Access**, Excel, Outlook and Word. Background in table/query design preferred.

· Candidate must have at least two (2) year of work experience in a customer service position.

· Experience with shipping programs (USPS/FEDEX) and logistics experience: scheduling freight, completing bill of landing forms and custom documents for overseas shipment.

· Previous experience working in an office environment is strongly desired.

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask.

· Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.

· The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.

· Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • AA degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
